Org still restricted (402) after billing-cycle reset — please lift Fair Use restriction

Hi Supabase team,

My free-plan org is showing "All services restricted" (Fair Use Policy / Cached Egress Exceeded, 402), but my billing cycle has already reset and all usage is now under quota — yet the restriction hasn't lifted and both projects are still returning 402.

New cycle: 08 Jun – 08 Jul 2026 → Cached Egress 0 / 5 GB, Egress 0.001 / 5 GB — every metric under the limit
The earlier overage was image egress, which I've already moved entirely to an external CDN, so it won't recur.
The dashboard notes a short post-reset delay, but it's been several hours and these are live production apps that are currently down. Could you please lift the restriction now that the quota has refilled? Happy to provide anything else.

I've seen up to 24 hours is the time frame they mean. But there are cases where support has to intervene depending on how bad the issues was or if it was more than two periods.

Github though won't be able to resolve this if it goes on. Support is the only way. But 24 hours at least as it is likely based on a cron task not synced to your timezone.
