I paid for the pro license for one month. I didn't want to continue after a month so I don't grade, but the downgrade happened just then in there do I get my money back for the rest of the month or how does it work because it does not seem to be fair it was not mentioned anywhere that money will not be refunded

You get a credit for the unused portion. It is the TOS.
