Unable to log in to dashboard

Hi,

github suspended my account which was used to log in to dashboard. I have several projects in supabase, credit card details, payments etc. Now i cannot access my dashboard since you don't allow me to use that email and reset password since i used github login. I's been one week and I have not got any response from you. In my opinion, this looks GDPR violation, since i cannot access my account anymore. As mentioned, i have several projects there with production data. I even got email that one of my free projects will be paused, then i try to log in and change it to chargeable service, you don't let me log in. That is unreal...

Why you don't allow me to log in to my dashboard using same email?

I'm paying customer and i have waited for one week without human reply. How long it will take?

I have no way of knowing.
We (user mods) have heard that the security group that handles this is very backed up.
I've added your ticket to an Informal queue we have that makes sure the ticket is in the right queue. But it can't speed it up if it is.
Have you been working on getting your Github account back with same email also?

No github have not answered my emails in two months. I have contacted local data protection officer since gthub has not given any reason why my acc is suspended. I cannot even download my data, and the account was 11 years old.
