Variable row height on the <SvGrid> component

The headless virtualizer already supports variable row heights - what's missing is exposing it cleanly on the component so you don't have to drop down to the engine. It's mostly an API-surface and measurement question.

If you've wanted auto-height rows (wrapping text, variable content), I'd like to hear the shape of your data.
