Feature Request Design: Profiles

After a brief discussion with @stonerl, I've created this discussion to gather insight from the community to capture what having profiles enabled with Thaw means to you.

Currently, I'm working based on these high-level design concepts and principles:

• Q: How should applying profiles work?
  A: Move items immediately when a profile selection is made. Items not currently running are remembered and moved when they appear.
• Q: What features should be considered for automatic profile switching?
  A: Display-based profile switching, mapping display UUID's to a specific profile.
• Q: What should a profile capture?
  A: Full settings snapshot: section assignment, display settings, appearance and general settings.
• Q: How would one perform manual switching?
  A: Settings pane, hotkey or a control menu item.

For the full settings snapshot, I do believe that a good approach would be to start with the Import / Export options and later move towards it. And decouple the more general settings from the layout profiles. This could allow for beta testing the logic and/or approaches to the profile feature. And what about tying every profile to a Focus Mode? I think this could be asked to the community. As for manual switching, some both hotkeys and maybe a right-click -> select profile over Thaw icon would work as well.

As a personal opinion outside any technical discussion, I do require to have certain items visible in different hours more than in different monitors.

I've implemented what was suggested, including the ability for Focus modes to influence the layout and configuration of Thaw and restoring to the Display-based setting when leaving Focus modes.

Happy to look at a time-based approach in a follow-up PR. As it stands, the existing PR is large enough to review.

I do believe this might go with the 1.3.0 milestone. I'm happy to test for everyday usage since I have two different machines to do so once the PR is set up.
