During the development process, our engineering team encountered an unexpected technical issue: ​​Even when using valid TIDAL Premium/HiFi membership accounts for authentication, our testing consistently triggers a 30-second limitation​​—similar to the behavior observed in non-member access. This restriction prevents us from delivering the intended full-track experience to our users.
To resolve this, we kindly request clarification from your technical team on the following:

Whether this limitation is intentional for third-party integrations, or if it indicates a configuration issue on our end.

Any required parameters or API adjustments needed to bypass the preview restriction for authenticated members.

Documentation or best practices to ensure compliance with TIDAL’s usage policies.
