How to start

1. Comment on the issue you want.
2. Read CONTRIBUTING.md — First contributions (PR updating that path is open).
3. Keep the PR small. Issues labeled no-spec-needed do not need a new specs/ slice.

What we are not asking for first

Constitution rewrites, Host ABI redesign, IndexedDB encryption, or umbrella "product credibility" tracks. Those stay maintainer-owned.
