SFDC App 2026 Roadmap

Hi! We had a workgroup review and provide input to the 2026 roadmap for the Salesforce App. See attached slides.

Version 2.13 is current and in process for Salesforce Security approval

Version 2.14 is planned for September and will have the following features:

1. Oauth2 Client Credentials flow - Authentication to TSANet Connect
2. Enhanced Outbound Flows - Provide ability to automate outbound requests with flows
3. OEM and Sovereign Support Enhancements
4. Secure File Transfer - enhancements as needed to support AWS S3
5. Markdown in notes and inline image solution

Version 2.15 is planned for November and will have the following features:

1. Integrated Escalation (includes merge of critical escalation process)
2. Authenticated Webhooks
3. Package Install Wizard
4. Improved error handling and retry for API

Some scope change to 2.14. moved a couple features from 2.15 into 2.14

In Beta V8

1. Security improvements
2. Oauth2 Client Credentials flow - Authentication to TSANet Connect (Named Credentials)
3. Authenticated Webhooks - For use with external client App
4. Document ID to allow for Sovereign support use case

In progress

1. OEM use case enhancements - Note enhancements (Type, direction, company)
2. Secure File transfer V2

May slip to V2.15

1. Enhanced Outbound Flows - Provide ability to automate outbound requests with flows
2. Note formatting - Markdown and inline image support (File transfer solution is needed first)
