I'm thinking about getting an inexpensive (~500-700$US) "Copilot" PC with a Snapdragon ARM CPU and a "45 TOPS NPU". Will TunaOS install and run on one of these? Can Linux see / use the NPU or is that still a proprietary Windows thing?
