Feature request summary

* Symbols (1): prlimit64
* Root cause: RLIMIT_CORE returns -EINVAL (unsupported resource); RLIMIT_STACK set operation returns success but has no effect

Describe alternatives

Could implement all RLIMIT_* values, but some are not applicable in a unikernel context (e.g., RLIMIT_NPROC for single-process, RLIMIT_RSS not enforced even in Linux).

It makes sense to limit the implementation scope to what's relevant to Unikraft - we do the same in other syscalls too. Similarly to signals, rlimit will eventually move into its own library, but that blocks until we implement process-local storage (similar to TLS). For the time being, you can add rlimit in libposix-process and guard it with a Kconfig option.
