Connection issues Relay port on server rs-ny.rustdesk.com not responding on port 21117

I am having connection errors... Looks like Relay on host port 209.250.254.15:21117 Fails

I cannot see any of the hosts since yesterday.... The server exhibiting the problem is rs-ny.rustdesk.com

Rustdesk shows green ready on target machine but I cannot open session with it from my remote machine.

• RustDesk on the remote host shows a valid ID and looks healthy
• 21115/21116 are reachable
• local/in-LAN RustDesk sessions work
• cross-network RustDesk sessions fail
• 21117 remains refused
• the same behavior affects multiple machines at that site
