n8n community node for Upptime

Hello,

I recently made a community node that lets you plug Upptime into your n8n workflows using the summary.json from your github.
If you're not familiar with n8n, it's an open-source workflow automation tool (kind of like a self-hostable Zapier). With this node you can now wire Upptime into whatever automation you've already got running there.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to share the link here, so I'll hold off for now - but open to suggestions if sharing it is fine! 🙌
