How to change storage from Database storage to Local filesystem storage ?

I use Memos for years, it is under database storage mode. datebase is 300MB, but when i import many wordpress record to memos, the file got so big, more than 1GB file. all files and photos are stored at the database, which cause the systems very very slow.

Can I have a tool to change the current to database to local storage mode ? store the files and photos locally, get the database smaller as before.
