How do you use Memos when you have multiple purposes for it?

I can think of three approaches:

1. Use tags for different purposes
2. Create multiple accounts
3. Run multiple instances

With option 1, the purpose-related tags can quickly become bloated, and having to add tags every time is a bit tedious.

With option 2, managing multiple sessions is inconvenient. It also makes writing notes slightly more cumbersome.

Option 3 seems promising, but it also adds a bit of friction when creating notes.

In the end, is the simplest solution to use a single instance with a single account and organize everything with tags based on purpose?

How is everyone else handling this?
