Is there a has_attachment field?

Even though I use Memos daily for journaling, I just saw the Views section. I wanted to create a view for notes with photos in it. I was wondering if there was a way to create such a view. I couldn't see has_attachments or similar in the "Supported fields" list on the views creation page.

Any help would be appreciated. :)

@raviwarrier thecurrent Views filter engine in Memos indexes text fields, tags, and standard metadata (but not yet native booleans like has_attachments or file-type) for the standard UI selectors.

But you can work around this currently with a tag-based convention:

1. Tagging convention: Manually add a #has-photo (or similar) tag to any memo where you add an image

2. View filter: Create a view filtered specifically for that tag (tag:#has-photo)

It's a minor extra step when creating image memos, but provides an instant dedicated photo-journal view until add attachment booleans to query builder!

@raviwarrier I'm just a fellow community member here, not on the dev team...

Opening a feature request on the repo is definitely a great idea, adding native attachment filtering to Views would be a huge quality-of-life improvement for everyone.
