File remains in Orgzly when it is deleted from the source/local storage

Hello,

I use Syncthing to sync org files among my devices. One problem I face is that deletion is not coordinated between Syncthing and Orgzly. If I delete the file from an external tool like file manager or it gets deleted via Syncthing then it continues to show as unlinked file in Orgzly.

How do you guys manage this issue?

It's been suggested to add a setting which allows the user to modify the default behavior so that notebooks are deleted immediately as soon as the corresponding file disappears from the remote repository.
