AWR 0.3.1

0.3.1 adds native Intel Mac support to the npm and PyPI distributions. On an Intel
Mac, the npm launcher selects @originoneai/agent-work-runtime-darwin-x64; pip
selects the macosx_15_0_x86_64 wheel. Both include native awr and awr-mcp
executables. Supported machines install prebuilt packages without a Rust compiler.

npm launchers require Node 22.14+; Python launchers require Python 3.9+.
Keep npm optional dependencies enabled. Intel Mac builds and installation checks
run on macos-15-intel; Apple Silicon checks run separately on macos-15.
The native verification contract now includes both Mac architectures alongside
Linux and Windows. Release assembly requires successful installation receipts
from all four targets before collecting five npm archives and four wheels.

Upgrade

The 0.3.0 host capabilities remain available. This patch retains
database schema 4 and introduces no migration from 0.3.0. Preserve the original
project directory, sources and .awr history when updating the executable.
Hosts should retain a matching program/runtime/source snapshot before switching
their pinned binary; see the upgrade and rollback procedure.

Archives include source identity, binary hashes, Apache-2.0 and dependency license
notices. The release manifest and SHA256SUMS bind the downloadable files.
Package and native-platform checks cover installation and runtime contracts;
application integration and real-agent business acceptance remain separate.
