Remove outdated dudect badge from README.md

This PR removes the non-functioning dudect badge from the README.md. The badge was pointing to a GitHub Action workflow that no longer exists in the orion-dudect repository (last updated in August 2021), resulting in a broken link.

I'll use this issue as a reminder this should probably be fixed (I'll look into getting the CI flow up and running again), as this should ideally still run automatically.

I've fixed the job and added a suggestion for the URL that is pointed to now. If you accept the change, I'll get it merged.
