This PR adds a GitHub Action to automatically build and push the Hyperstack Docker image to
ghcr.iowhenever there's a push to themainbranch. The README has been rewritten to feature this new "zero-install" setup, instructing users to pull the image directly in their MCP configs while enforcing memory (256m) and compute (0.5 CPUs) limits.
