This PR introduces a new
createStaticSkillPluginfactory that allows any directory of markdown files to be instantly converted into an MCP plugin. Using this, 10 new engineering skills (Security Review, Behaviour Analysis, Architecture Reasoning, etc.) have been integrated into Hyperstack. \n\nEach skill exposes two tools:[skill]_list_docsand[skill]_get_doc, empowering the AI with deep, project-agnostic engineering guidelines.
