Neo4j procedure compatibility completion: Finished the stored-procedure parity tranche with startup-compiled procedure DDL, msgpack-backed procedure catalog persistence, registry preloading on startup, and transaction-script handling for BEGIN TRANSACTION / BEGIN shorthand, COMMIT, and rollback-oriented flows.
CI/CD simplification and release automation: Replaced the older workflow sprawl with a tighter CI path, added Docker CD workflows for release tags and manual dispatch, and split llama-cuda-libs publishing into its own workflow so CUDA base images are only rebuilt when their pinned dependency version changes.
Docker image build resilience: Updated the release Dockerfiles to download required embedding / reranker / Heimdall models during docker build instead of assuming a pre-populated local models/ directory.
Configuration hardening: Standardized memory-limit parsing to a single integer-in-megabytes model with fail-fast validation for invalid configuration values.
Repository hygiene: Renamed LICENCE to LICENSE.md, refreshed coverage/reporting badges and workflow names, and aligned release automation with the current repository layout.
Fixed
MCP server build regression: Fixed a helper-path regression where pkg/mcp/server.go referenced containsLabel() from production code even though the helper only existed in tests, breaking non-test builds.
Snapshot collision risk in storage recovery: Fixed the snapshot overwrite / timestamp-collision path that could make recovery select the wrong snapshot in CI or fast-running test environments.
Coverage-report drift and generated-code filtering: Corrected package scoping and generated-folder exclusions so CI coverage reporting reflects handwritten code instead of noisy generated or hardware-specific paths.
Storage helper regressions exposed by tests: Fixed helper-path issues uncovered during the storage coverage push, including schema fallback assumptions, streaming helper safety, and other small branch-specific regressions across async, namespaced, composite, WAL, and transaction helpers.
Tests
Major handwritten coverage expansion: Added a large maintenance pass of regression tests across pkg/storage, pkg/mcp, pkg/nornicdb, pkg/auth, pkg/config, and handwritten ANTLR / Cypher helpers.
Parser and storage hardening: Extended parser, procedure, APOC adapter, transaction, WAL, async-engine, namespaced-engine, and composite-engine coverage to exercise previously untested compatibility and recovery paths.
Flake reduction: Added targeted regression coverage around snapshot recovery and helper behavior so CI catches the same edge cases that previously slipped through.
Documentation
Procedure compatibility docs: Added and refined stored procedure parity and usage documentation, including procedure DDL and transaction-script examples.
Operational docs refresh: Updated README / docs links, coverage-related docs, and release-supporting notes to match the current CI/CD and packaging flow.
