• Fixed Submit Order button issues on Single Page Checkout
• Fixed promotions and coupons cannot be applied to any segment
• Fixed click on button "Create Order" on Quick Order Form doesn't call transition "start_from_quickorderform"
• Fixed Incorrect behavior of RFQ customer notifications
• Fixed shopping list subtotal is displayed in wrong currency
