Standardize environment variable names and update dependencies:

  • Environment variables: Renamed AUTH_ORY_* to ORY_* to match documentation and app references.
  • Dependencies: Upgraded to Next.js 16, React 19, and updated related packages
  • Configuration: Simplified auth provider configuration in auth.ts
  • Documentation: Updated README and example files to reflect new variable names
