Pipeline for hydra failed (because of other commits that were merged to the master branch at the same time), so I run all the step locally, and included changed spec file in this PR.
I am not sure if I should also include clients/hydra directory. It is changed, but previous version of this directory is not present on master, it was removed in this PR (its so big, you can't actually see it in the gh UI).
