Release v0.1.0

This is the first release of the project, with basic functionalities to easily initiate a Payment request through the API. Here are the full changes this release:

• Very basic woocommerce gateway plugin structure with webhook, payment processing & various settings.
• Interaction with both Registration & Finalization API endpoints for completing the payment process.
• Logging logic to etisalat-gateway_logs.txt in the root dir.
• Ability to test plugin using the sandbox provided by Etisalat.

Known bugs / improvements

• Username & Password are exposed to other users which has access to Woocommerce settings.
• (Very low chance) of customer being stuck in the Finalization process after coming back from payment page.
