We use the bootc-image-builder container heavily in the Podman Desktop bootc extension, where we would be using image-builder in it's "podman run" mode in order to successfully build images in Windows and macOS, and will be continuing to do so since there's no native way to build via CLI on windows/mac.
I've opened up an issue for us for when we migrate to the new image-builder: podman-desktop/extension-bootc#2405
Is it possible to add regression testing / support for this feature since 90% of our users are coming from macOS / Windows :)
