This patch adds the following modules:

  • RandomIntIop

The following protocols have been added:

  • RandomnessInteroperable

Additionally, the following changes have been made:

  • FuzzerInt.Stdlib has been moved to RandomIntIop

Note that RandomInt is intrinsically Interoperable like [UI][8-64].
