Create a homepage with following design

Colours are arbitrary, but ones using here are:

#1E4E79 - blue
#F57C00 - orange
#00ACC1 - teal
#F5F5F5 - gray 1 
#9E9E9E - gray 2

Part of this task is not to show the graph. Just render the Graph component, the implementation of the Graph component is a separate task.
