Description
Created our logo icon as a part of the activity bar (views container) on VSCode. Upon clicking, it will open the sidebar (views) with a metrics tab. Created a webview with basic HTML upon searching

Previous behavior
Before, we did not have a basic skeleton for webview, activity bar, and sidebar.
Expected behavior
We should now have a working basic sidebar upon clicking the activity icon and a new tab of webview upon searching 'Show Panel' in the command search.
