feat: added drop down menu and modified existing drop down menu.

Description

This PR merges the latest changes from the feature/ragad branch into the dev branch to:
-modified the existing drop down menu to remove drop-down functionality

• added drop-down menu to switch between react hooks (this will be further modified to integrate new design discussed on 12/3/24)

This ensures the dev branch remains up-to-date and ready for further development.

Reproduction steps

1. Spin up demo app
2. Confirm that "Reactime" is no longer drop down menu
3. Confirm that the new drop down menu exists under "Reactime"
