Nominatim 3.7.1 - no entries in import_osmosis_log

I ran nominatim replication --once after a full data import. It finished fine

2021-05-25 16:33:19: Update completed. Import: 0:39:38. Indexing: 0:44:48 Total: 1:24:26. Remaining backlog: 16:33:19.

But there is no entry in the import_osmosis_log table

nominatim=# select * from import_osmosis_log;

While with Nominatim v3.6 there were entries, e.g.

That should be working, there is even a test for that.

Naturally it helps when the writes to the tables are actually committed. Fix will follow shortly.
