FYI, I just created #10312. Let's see if JaCoCo really is the problem (by running funTest-docker multiple times for this PR before merging), or if it's JGit after all.

Looks like Jacoco was not the issue, the funTest-docker job is now hanging here:

18:37:44.689 [ForkJoinPool-1-worker-1] DEBUG org.eclipse.jgit.internal.util.ShutdownHook - Cleanup org.eclipse.jgit.util.FS$FileStoreAttributes$$Lambda/0x00007f3d484cb3c0@4563822c during JVM shutdown

But maybe that's also not the root cause and just the last log line by coincidence.

There are usually a bunch of similar JGit log entries, further up in the logs IIRC.

I didn't see funTests being stuck in a while. So can we close this?

I saw some last week, but less frequently.
