The IAM settings grouped directly under
provider(role,rolePermissionsBoundary,iamManagedPolicies,iamRoleStatementsandcfnRole) were scheduled for removal in osls 4.0.0. This delays that removal to osls 5.0.0 by updating the deprecation warning reported for thePROVIDER_IAM_SETTINGS_V3group and the matching entry in the deprecations guide.
