feat(lambda): Add support for RecursiveLoop directive

Summary

AWS Lambda automatically detects and terminates recursive invocation loops between supported services (SQS, SNS, S3,
Lambda). For some workflows — such as deliberately re-invoking a function through an intermediary queue — this default
behavior kills legitimate processing. The only way to opt out is setting RecursiveLoop: Allow on the function resource,
which the Serverless Framework did not support and required raw CloudFormation overrides to configure.

• add optional recursiveLoop property on function configuration (Allow or Terminate)
• compile the property to the AWS::Lambda::Function CloudFormation resource
• support single-function deploys via sls deploy function
• document the new option in function guides
• update TypeScript types for function configuration

Changes

• extend function schema to accept recursiveLoop as an enum (Allow, Terminate)
• set RecursiveLoop on the compiled Lambda resource when present, omit otherwise
• pass RecursiveLoop in deploy-function update params
• add two test cases:
  • property is set on the CF resource when specified
  • property is absent when not specified
