Welcome to the official GitHub profile of the Oregon State University Chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE). Our mission is to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact the community.

The OSU NSBE Chapter is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, professional development, and community engagement among its members. We provide support through study sessions, tutoring programs, professional workshops, and STEM outreach activities designed to inspire and support the next generation of engineers.

Here are some of the key projects we are working on:

• STEM Outreach Programs: Resources and materials for our community outreach events aimed at encouraging young students to pursue STEM careers.
• Professional Development Workshops: Code, presentations, and other materials used in our workshops on resume building, interview skills, and networking.
• Academic Support: Tools and resources to assist members with their coursework, including study guides, problem sets, and tutoring schedules.
• Chapter Events: Information and planning documents for our social events, cultural celebrations, and leadership retreats.
