Project actively maintained or abandoned?

I just wonder if this is still maintained?

There are several dependency upgrades due for more than 12 months, moreover an already approved pr, that was just not merged or reviewed by any one?

The dependencies are for the build system, so they don't effect the actual docker image. The image still runs the latest dropbox version, as far as I can tell. My version runs 235.4.5905 and the latest version is the same.

The PR is not something which would concern most users.
