Pillow 10.3.0 not supported for Python 3.13

During installation, while using Python 3.13.2 installation fails, due to Pillow 10.3.0 only supported up to Python 3.12.

Thanks for the report, @jackz261 ! Right now we're primarily testing on python 3.11. Can you try a conda installation with that version as a workaround?

The Pillow version increment is expected to be released in oumi v0.20.0
