Patch Manager

• Search now matches the game name (e.g. "LittleBigPlanet 2"), not just the
  serial or patch description. The search box also covers author and notes.
• Patch rows show the game title(s) instead of a bare serial when known.
• Per-game patch rows now show the author and notes as a subtitle.

Core updater

• Fixed missing "update available" notifications after side-loading a custom
  core. A custom core no longer silences the updater entirely — it now still
  surfaces a genuinely newer release (compared by the CalVer date-time),
  while still not nagging to "downgrade" to an older or same-age build.
