Hello everyone, We recently migrated from Confluence to a self-hosted Outline Community Edition. I used the Confluence Importer feature to move all our data. Everything seemed fine during the import, but now that I am trying to use the standard Outline interface, all attachments and documents are no longer viewable/accessible. Has anyone encountered this issue when moving away from the importer? Is this a known configuration issue with storage (S3/Local storage) in the Community Edition, or am I missing a specific step to "finalize" the import? |

The Confluence importer is a feature of the licensed edition, as I'm guessing you didn't pay for the licensed edition the documents are no longer readable. You can reach out to hello@getoutline.com to purchase a license |
