Image captions should support links

Currently, there doesn't appear to be a way to add a link on an image caption.

A common use-case is to add a link to where the image was sourced from - this is currently not possible.

This would be nice, unfortunately right now it is a technical limitation as documents must serialize to markdown - a link inside the image caption would be invalid.
