Add mise installation instructions to documentation

For Linux users, add instructions in the README to use mise to install Overmind CLI, as a streamlined alternative to the current Ubuntu / Debian manual install instructions.

• Provide examples of installing mise for Ubuntu/Debian (perhaps other Linux distros?).
• Show how to use mise to install the Overmind CLI.
• Reference the official mise quickstart (https://github.com/jdx/mise?tab=readme-ov-file#quickstart).

Installing Overmind CLI using mise

There is a naming collision: the overmind package/tool managed by mise is not the same as the Overmind CLI from overmind.tech. The mise registry’s overmind refers to a Procfile/process manager tool (see DarthSim/overmind), not the CLI relevant to this repository.

Therefore, adding mise install instructions for Overmind CLI would cause confusion and should be avoided unless/ until an official Overmind CLI package is published for mise.
