Use "REST API" instead of "HTTP" in "okms configure" command

Hi,

When we execute the okms configure command, the system ask us to choose between KMIP or HTTP protocols:

$ okms configure
Select a protocol to configure [type to search]:
> HTTP
  KMIP

But ... what is HTTP protocol? In the Control Panel/OVHcloud "manager" we only know KMIP or ... REST API :)

So it could be very useful and user friendly, to replace "HTTP" to "REST API" in order to be coherent and homogeneous and in order, simply, to not feel lost ☺️.

Moreover I saw HTTP in the README file:

These settings can be overwritten using environment variables:

    KMS_HTTP_ENDPOINT
    KMS_HTTP_CA
    KMS_HTTP_CERT
    KMS_HTTP_KEY and
    KMS_KMIP_ENDPOINT
    KMS_KMIP_CA
    KMS_KMIP_CERT
    KMS_KMIP_KEY

export KMS_HTTP_ENDPOINT=https://myserver.acme.com
export KMS_HTTP_CA=/path/to/certs/ca.crt
export KMS_HTTP_CERT=/path/to/certs/user.crt

So maybe change the environment variables also?

I changed the environment variable.
I changed in the configuration file for coherence and added a retro compatibility with old configuration files.
