Recreate masterkey should work with HSM encryption

Recreate masterkey as of now does not work with HSM encryption. The reason for this is: keymanager's crypto points to the Crypt and not CryptHSM after a point when the command re-enables encryption app and tries to recreate the keys. This causes problem because the setup.
