Automating Modes for efficiency

I like to track my locations wherever I go, but I often forget to activate tracking. I’d also like to use Quiet mode or Manual mode during the night to save battery.

One potential solution could be a time-based automation that turns tracking off (Quite/Manual) while I’m asleep.

Another option might be to switch it to Significant Changes mode automatically when I leave home (or any waypoint).
