Description
Notes:
- Do not allow user to react if they are blacklisted
- Do not allow reactions from servers that are blacklisted (recheck if messages still get sent to blacklisted servers)
- Add a select menu to react to other reactions under
view_all_reactionsembed - Add an info button in
view_all_reactionsembed, explaining what reactions are, and how to react. (With and without buttons) - Allow hub mods to disable reactions in their respective hubs (upcoming settings feature)
- Allow hub mods to remove all reactions
