Fixed

• A startup command that opens an interactive session — ssh -t into
  another machine, a REPL — now shows what you type when your shell is bash.
  bash handed the command its line editor's terminal settings, with echo
  off, and ssh carried them over to the remote machine: the remote prompt
  came up, but your typing stayed invisible. zsh wasn't affected.
