Closes #1289 because we're not validating on blur anymore
I want to switch to some kind of clever hybrid mode but in the meantime
onSubmit(which switches to onChange after submit so fixing a field immediately clears the error) is not broken in any way I'm aware of (I'm sure we'll find one), so it wins.
