In CI ensure the generated SDKs match the current source.
Borrow workaround from https://github.com/oxidecomputer/turnstile/pull/357 as otherwise oxide/openapi-gen-ts will treat
_atcolumns as strings rather than datetime. Previously this edit was applied manually.
