It looks like we actually have a crates.io release for the async-bb8-diesel update, so we should be able to pin to the 0.3 release.

Should we publish partial-struct on crates.io too?
There's a name conflict partial-struct for EstebanForero/partial_struct.
Perhaps we should rename; struct-subset is available.

Probably needs a pass over it to clean it up, but it is likely close to be being publishable. It could also do with a rename in general as it previously targeted only structs, but can now be used for structs and enums. So something more general is likely applicable.

We can do partial-struct later whenever it gets published.
