  • framework_tool version selection (#68): New Settings dropdown showing the active framework_tool version. Selecting a release tag is a one-off attempt to download, validate, and switch to that version.
  • Service: Reduced background CLI process spawning and Windows WinRing0 driver churn (#66) — longer cache TTLs (RyzenAdj 15s, framework_tool power/charge-limit 5s), power reconcile loop slowed to 15s, telemetry default poll raised to 2s, and UI poll-interval minimums aligned with backend floors.
